WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
International delivery takes 7–12 business days, depending on where you live. We ship to all countries, except certain islands.
The total delivery time consists of processing time plus shipping time.
- Orders received on weekdays before 23:00 (CEST) ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 23:00 (CEST) ship the next day.
- Orders placed on weekends ship on Mondays.
The estimated delivery time shown at checkout and on our shipping page is calculated from the day your order is dispatched.
Because we process orders quickly, it’s unfortunately not possible to change or cancel an order after it has been placed.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We understand that circumstances can change, but because we focus on fast processing, we begin preparing your order for shipment as soon as it is received. For this reason, we kindly ask customers to double-check their order before completing payment.

TRACKING SHOWS MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, you can follow these steps:
- Check the delivery address
Double-check that the address you entered at checkout is correct. Sometimes packages may be delivered to a neighbor, reception desk, or another location on your property. - Look for delivery notes
Check if the carrier has left a notice. Occasionally, packages are placed in a secure location or handed to a receptionist if you weren’t available. - Contact the carrier
Reach out to the shipping company listed in your tracking information. Provide your tracking number and explain the situation. They can often give more details or initiate an investigation. - Contact customer service
If you still cannot locate your package, get in touch with our customer service team. Provide your order details and tracking information, and we’ll help resolve the issue to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. - File a claim
In some cases, if a package is marked as delivered but not received, a claim must be filed with the carrier. Our customer service team can assist you with this and provide the necessary documentation.
I ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you notice the mistake shortly after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. The sooner you let us know, the greater the chance of correcting the address before the order is shipped.
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, and our customer service cannot update the address, you will need to contact the shipping company directly. Depending on their policies, you may request to have the package redirected or forwarded to the correct address. This often involves an additional cost and is subject to the carrier’s approval.
To avoid similar issues in the future, always double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Make sure all details, including apartment number, street name, and postal code, are correct.
WILL I BE CHARGED VAT?
VAT is included in the prices shown for all purchases made through our website.
You will not encounter any additional VAT charges during the checkout process.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing your order. This email contains your order number (at least 6 digits), order summary, and delivery address.
Check your spam/junk folder:
Sometimes the confirmation email may end up in your spam or junk folder by mistake. Please take a moment to check these folders.
Still haven’t received it?
If you’ve checked your spam folder, waited a short while, and confirmed that your email address is correct but still haven’t received the order confirmation, please contact our customer service team.
